Paul George (MSIV, Washington University, St Louis School of Medicine) worked in the Lima, Peru site of the SAPHIR program. His research addressed the association of interpersonal violence with sexual risk behavior and HIV/STIs among male sex workers in Peru. Paul graduated from Tulane University in 2007 with a BSE in Biomedical Engineering. Prior to entering medical school, he spent three years in Costa Rica, working with a non-profit organization, WorldTeach. He is currently completing residency in Pediatrics (Global Health Track) at Baylor University.
